Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Wirings.io (“Wirings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Launchpad platform and its products — Designer, MCT, and Spaces (collectively, the “Services”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain: our core commitment is that we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who we are
Wirings.io is the data controller for information processed through the Services. If you use one of our products as part of an organization, that organization administers your account and its data; we act as a processor on the organization’s behalf for the content it puts into the Services. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at eac@wirings.io.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Services:
- Account information: Your name, email address, organization name, and (if you provide it) phone number — supplied when you request access or an administrator sets up your account.
- Authentication data: Credentials and session tokens used to sign you in and keep you signed in across wirings.io products. We use a third-party identity provider and do not store your password in plaintext.
- Billing information: Subscription plan, billing status, and payment records. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store full payment card numbers.
- Customer content: The projects, designs, media, layouts, resources, data sources, and other content you create or upload while using the Services. This is yours; we process it to provide the Services and nothing more.
- Usage and technical data: Log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps — used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, plus limited functional storage. See Cookies below.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services.
- Authenticate you and keep your session active across products.
- Process subscriptions, payments, and account management.
- Respond to your requests, including access requests and support inquiries.
- Monitor for abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the platform.
- Diagnose problems, analyze aggregate usage, and improve the product.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your customer content to train machine-learning models for other customers, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or customer content. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or other independent purposes. The only parties that ever touch your data on our behalf are the service providers (subprocessors) listed below, each of which is contractually bound to process data only as needed to deliver their piece of the Services.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers. They process data strictly to perform services for us, under agreements that require appropriate confidentiality and security:
- Cloud hosting & compute (AWS): Runs the application and stores platform data.
- Database, storage & authentication (Supabase): Stores account data and customer content and handles sign-in.
- Payments (Stripe): Processes subscriptions and payments. Stripe handles card data directly under PCI-DSS.
- Transactional email (Resend): Delivers account and sales-related email on our behalf.
- Security & bot protection (Cloudflare): Protects forms and endpoints from automated abuse.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Wirings, our users, or the public. If Wirings is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you or your organization close an account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
Data security
We protect data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, role-based access controls, database-level row security that scopes each organization’s data to that organization, and the principle of least privilege for internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any right, email us at eac@wirings.io. If your data is managed by your organization, we may direct your request to that organization’s administrator.
International data transfers
Wirings is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal information.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar browser storage to sign you in, keep your session active, and protect the platform against abuse. We also use limited functional storage to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but core features like signing in may not work without them.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
